【正荣地产：独立第三方向控股股东发起清盘流程】金十数据2月18日讯，正荣地产发布公告，公司获悉，2月17日英属处女群岛法院举行聆讯，以申请委任Ro Yue Limited的清盘人。公司将在收到该聆讯结果时另行刊发公告。记者从知情人士处获悉，发起清盘流程的为独立于正荣地产的第三方，并非正荣地产实控人欧宗荣。欧宗荣通过全资持有的Ro Yue持有正荣地产43.29%的股份，Ro Yue为正荣地产控股股东。公告称，董事会并无关于该聆讯的其他信息。由于该聆讯不涉及本集团，且欧宗荣过去和现在均非本集团董事或高级管理人员，董事会认为该聆讯对本集团业务运营没有且不会产生任何影响。截至公告日，本集团所有业务运营均保持正常。
