此次调整正值DeepSeek市场表现强劲之际。2025年1月，其最新发布的DeepSeek-R1大模型在编程、数学推理等关键指标上实现对OpenAI-o1正式版的全面对标。1月27日DeepSeek应用更在苹果应用商店创下中美双榜登顶顶纪录，成为首个同时超越ChatGPT登顶中美免费榜的国产AI产品。
工商变更背后的战略意图
国家企业信用信息公示系统显示，此次工商变更后，公司实控人梁文锋通过直接持股1%及控股宁波程恩合伙企业（持股99%）维持绝对控制权。新增的互联网信息服务资质，结合图形商标布局，或预示其将从底层大模型研发向C端应用生态延伸。
140人精英团队创造现象级产品
公开信息显示，深度求索团队不足140人，研发人员清一色来自清华、北大等顶尖高校，管理层平均年龄不足35岁。正是这支年轻团队，在成立18个月内推出5代大模型产品，其中DeepSeek-R1已被阿里云、华为云等20余家云服务商接入，覆盖医疗、金融、政务等核心场景。
