消息面上，据财联社报道，2月17日，中国兵器装备集团有限公司官网显示，原东风公司董事、总经理、党委副书记周治平正式履新兵装集团公司董事、总经理、党组副书记。分析人士认为，有关东风汽车集团与长安汽车母公司兵装集团间的高层调整已然开启。
国泰君安此前指出，汽车产业经济占比逐步增大，国央企改革动力充足，叠加行业洗牌加速，内外变革下国央企困境反转和资产重组值得期待，该行表示，东风、长安是国内头部央企车企，2024年集团销量分别位列国内第5和第7。东风和长安的控股股东重组，拉开央企改革序幕，有望激发两家车企转型动力，实现自主和新能源的高质量增长。
