智通财经APP获悉，餐饮股集体走低，截至发稿，九毛九(09922)跌5.74%，报2.79港元；海伦司(09869)跌5%，报2.09港元；海底捞(06862)跌4.26%，报15.3港元；呷哺呷哺(00520)跌2.11%，报0.93港元。
海通国际指出，春节期间多个连锁餐饮品牌翻台率以及排队情况表现相对疲软，节假日期间餐饮需求预计同比有所减弱。连锁餐饮头部企业海底捞由于基数原因，四季度以来翻台表现同比走弱，环比较为稳定，且下半年关店量有所减少。该行指出，目前餐饮行业竞争依然激烈，为了降低成本，餐饮公司重视成本控制。
花旗发表报告称，将海底捞24年年整体营收预测下调7%，以反映下半年餐桌翻台率按年轻微下降。尽管如此，该行预计其2024年整体毛利率将按年轻微上升，因为原材料成本有利因素。得益于可比折旧成本的持续按年下降，预计其2024年整体营业利润率将按年扩大。由于销售预测下调，该行将海底捞2024年和2025年各年核心净利预测下调18%和19%。目标价由26.2港元适度下调至24.2港元，维持“买入”评级。
