智通财经APP讯，时代天使(06699)发布公告，于2025年2月19日，公司全资附属公司无锡时代天使与松柏投资集团的联营公司上海马可菲斯订立产品购买合作框架协议，无锡时代天使将向上海马可菲斯购买若干用于生产隐形矫治器的原材料。
公告称，松柏投资集团的联营公司上海马可菲斯为隐形矫治器行业原材料、配件及设备的领先供应商之一。鉴于因集团隐形矫治器业务增长导致在隐形矫治器生产过程中对原材料的需求不断增加，董事认为，集团向可靠的供应商(即能够持续提供优质产品)采购原材料并与该供应商建立长期合作关系至关重要。因此，集团计划与上海马可菲斯合作拓展业务。
