#美团称骑手缴纳社保会影响工资#【#美团兼职和全职骑手都会缴纳社保#：是否参缴可与站长协商】2月19日下午，“美团Meituan”微信账号发文表示，正在搭建骑手社保相关的信息系统，预计自2025年第二季度开始实施，逐步为全职及稳定兼职骑手缴纳社保。2月20日，美团一名客服人员表示，全职和兼职人员都交，骑手是否参与缴纳五险一金，可与站长协商沟通。此外，另一名客服人员表示，缴纳五险一金后到手工资会受影响，“肯定是要从工资里面扣一部分。但如果要是不交的话，肯定就不用扣这一部分。”其补充，目前，无论是从骑手的工作安全还是福利保障方面，美团都在持续优化和提升。
