智通财经APP获悉，达势股份(01405)午后涨超6%，高见91.7港元创上市以来新高。截至发稿，涨5.16%，报90.65港元，成交额2637.14万港元。
消息面上，美国证监会公布的巴菲特领导的伯克希尔-哈撒韦公司最新13F文件显示，伯克希尔买进达美乐披萨超100万股，增持幅度达到约87%。根据达势股份去年第三季度业务概况显示，自2017年第三季度起，达美乐中国至今已经实现了连续29个季度同店销售保持增长，2024全年新增门店数更将达到240家，明后两年计划各新开设约300至350家门店，不断加速门店布局。
太平洋证券指出，达势背靠全球最大比萨品牌达美乐，是达美乐在中国内地及中国香港、澳门的独家特许经营商。截止2024年底公司拥有超1000家门店，相较2017年100+家门店来看扩店增长明显。2023年以来多家新开门店前30天销售额破达美乐全球记录，部分门店投资回报周期缩短至5个月。随新门店收入爬坡以及运营效率持续优化，2024年成功扭亏为盈，24H1公司净利率达2.5%，未来盈利能力仍有进一步提升空间。
