2 月 17 日，据《上海证券报》报道，上海市委金融办常务副主任周小全在“2024 年上海国际金融中心建设十大事件”发布会上提出，“要推动人工智能大模型、区块链等前沿技术在金融领域创新应用，推进数字人民币试点，推动“多边央行数字货币桥”、双边业务通道等创新应用，以金融服务企业“走出去”为抓手，引导金融机构增强全球竞争力。”
