智通财经APP获悉，JS环球生活(01691)涨超10%，截至发稿，涨10.29%，报1.93港元，成交额1.4亿港元。
消息面上，联交所资料显示，1月15日，董事长兼首席执行官王旭宁增持JS环球生活2.66亿股，价值约4.04亿港元。1月23日，王旭宁增持JS环球生活1.4亿股，价值约2.23亿港元。两次增持后，持仓比例已升至70.86%。值得一提的是，公司同业Vesync此前公告称，获大股东旗下的公司以协议安排方式提出私有化，现金作价为每股5.6港元，较公司停牌前收盘价有33.3%的溢价。
招银国际指出，JS环球生活及附属九阳去年财报表现受压，然后国内业务正逐步回稳，市场份额仍在增长，同时SharkNinja在亚太地区表现亦不俗，憧憬主要股东积极进行回购，维持“买入”评级，认为集团中期展望稳健，长期前景依然向好。该行目前对九阳2025年经营表现持审慎看法，预测销售将回升，但利润率改善幅度或相对小，另外SharkNinja的ODM业务或受到关税政策的打击，预测SharkNinja今年亚太业务仍会录得亏损，但长期看好集团对于研发、市场推广、分销能力和销售团队的加强投入。
