华泰证券发布研报称，中芯国际上季收入按季升1.7%，高于市场预期，毛利率按季升2.1个百分点到22.6%，高于公司18至20%指引上限。公司预计今年首季收入按季增长6至8%，高于市场预期和同业指引。公司预计今年资本开支持平，高于之前下降的市场预期。该行看好公司今年中国客户在地化生产需求以及DeepSeek商业化落地，推动业绩保持强劲增长。
国泰君安发表报告指，中芯国际上季产品结构优化、毛利率持续提升，公司积极扩产，持续进行资本投入。报告指出，中芯国际指引今年资本开支与上年大致持平，超出市场预期，有望带动设备需求。该行预计今年公司的AI需求将继续保持高速增长，而非AI的需求也预计持平或温和增长，其中，汽车产业国产化有望加速，消费电子受益于国补政策，客户拉货意愿较高。
