智通财经APP获悉，轻奢品牌Coach母公司Tapestry(TPR.US)周三宣布，以1.05亿美元现金的价格将其奢侈鞋履品牌Stuart Weitzman出售给鞋类公司Caleres(CAL.US)。该交易预计将于2025年夏季完成。
这笔交易将推动Caleres品牌组合部门的发展，同时使Tapestry能够专注于其Coach和Kate Spade品牌，以实现持久的有机增长。
Caleres总裁兼首席执行官Jay Schmidt表示：“收购Stuart Weitzman推进了我们的战略议程，使我们的品牌组合部门更加全球化和直接面向消费者。Stuart Weitzman将成为Caleres的主导品牌，合并后的品牌组合部门将产生近一半的总营收，并将继续产生超过一半的营业利润。”
Caleres将通过循环信贷协议为该交易提供资金，并将在交易完成后提供有关其整合计划和收购财务影响的更多细节。
截至发稿，Tapestry和Caleres盘前股价变化不大。
