智通财经APP讯，中国光大绿色环保(01257)公布，于2025年2月19日，光大环境、常州装备公司、光大环保中国、光大水务、本公司及光大环科中国订立合资协议，内容有关(其中包括)由订约方共同出资成立合资企业。
根据合资协议，合资企业的注册资本为人民币5000万元，其中该公司将以现金出资人民币500万元，占合资企业注册资本的10%;光大环境将以现金出资人民币1500万元，占合资企业注册资本的30%;常州装备公司将以现金出资人民币1500万元，占合资企业注册资本的30%;光大环保中国将以现金出资人民币500万元，占合资企业注册资本的10%;光大水务将以现金出资人民币500万元，占合资企业注册资本的10%;及光大环科中国将以现金出资人民币500万元，占合资企业注册资本的10%。
鉴于《中国制造2025》及《制造业创新中心实施指南》政策，集团订立合资协议，旨在通过建立一个整合制造资源、加速科技成果商业化和产业化的中心，创造协同效应并促进合作。
