中新社北京2月19日电 (尹倩芸 刘育英)中国电商平台京东19日宣布，自2025年3月1日起，将逐步为京东外卖全职骑手缴纳“五险一金”(即养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险、生育保险和住房公积金)，为兼职骑手提供意外险和健康医疗险。

当日下午，美团平台发布消息，将为全国范围内的全职及稳定兼职骑手缴纳社保，预计2025年二季度开始实施，目前正在搭建骑手社保相关的信息系统。继上线防疲劳机制、取消超时扣款之后，这是美团近年来完善新就业群体社会保障的又一举措。

公开信息显示，自2022年7月以来，美团启动新就业形态人员职业伤害保障试点，目前已出资14亿元人民币，为7个试点省市骑手缴纳职业伤害保费，未来将进一步覆盖到所有省市的所有骑手。

业内分析称，随着外卖等行业稳定发展，目前外卖骑手等新就业群体已形成相对清晰的“专业”和“兼职”群体划分。不少骑手在积累相关经验和技能后，已成为稳定从业者，为其提供各类保障，不仅符合劳动者真实利益，也有利于行业长期发展，形成相对稳定、专业的配送员群体。(完)
