今年春节前，雷军在直播时说，希望用千万年薪挖角罗福莉，请她到小米带领团队从事AI大模型研究。
2月16日，记者从罗福莉亲属处获悉，罗福莉已到新岗位上班。此外，因罗福莉的爱人在春节期间忙着开发一个新产品，所以他们春节都没回老家。该亲属还称，罗福莉老公的研究方向与她是同一个领域，只是细分项目不一样。
2月18日，记者获悉，在小米内部员工系统，目前没有显示“罗福莉”相关信息。据知乎平台，罗福莉账号原认证“北京深度求索员工”信息已取消。对于未来罗福莉是否会前往小米就职，小米方面暂无回应。
据天眼查显示，罗福莉与DeepSeek创始人梁文锋同为宁波程采旃蒙企业管理咨询合伙企业（有限合伙）合伙人。由梁文锋、裴湉、罗福莉等共同出资，其中梁文锋持股比例为96%，罗福莉持股比例为0.1%。
