Henderson Land Development (HKG:0012) is planning to launch the first round of sales for the second phase of its Belgravia Place project in Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong before the end of January, The Standard said in a report on Monday.
Thomas Lam Tat-man, general manager of the property developer's sales department said the firm will open the show flat to the public this week, according to the report.
