GPT Group's 2024 Adjusted FFO Falls, Revenue Rises

GPT Group (ASX:GPT) reported Monday that its adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) per security in 2024 fell to AU$0.245 from the prior year's AU$0.255 per security.

Analysts polled by FactSet were expecting AFFO of AU$0.26 per security.

Loss per security on a diluted basis narrowed to AU$0.105 from AU$0.125 a year earlier.

Revenue for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$445.8 million, up from AU$322.1 million in the same period a year earlier. The average estimate as compiled by FactSet was for sales of AU$883.4 million.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.12 per share, down from the AU$0.125 in the previously reported period, payable on Feb. 28 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 31, 2024.
