2月19日晚，中信证券发布了一则高级管理人员变动公告，内容显示，中信证券董事会同意聘任于新利担任公司首席信息官，方兴不再担任公司首席信息官。

　　公开信息显示，中信证券于2017年9月增设首席信息官职务，于新利是中信证券第三任首席信息官。

　　从合规角度来讲，2019年6月1日起正式实施了《证券基金经营机构信息技术管理办法》。上述法规规定证券基金经营机构应指定一名熟悉证券、基金业务，具有信息技术相关专业背景、任职经历、履职能力的高级管理人员为首席信息官，负责信息技术管理工作。

　　从于新利的个人履历来看，他是一名中信老将。公开资料显示，于新利，于1999年就加入中信证券，以此计算，他已经在中信证券任职26年。

　　从过往经历来看，于新利曾任金融产品开发小组系统开发项目经理、研究部系统开发岗、研究部B角、经纪业务发展与管理委员会（后更名为“财富管理委员会”）运营管理部负责人、经发管委市场研究部负责人、研究部行政负责人。此外，于新利现在还兼任中国金融学会常务理事、副秘书长。

　　值得注意的是，当下，DeepSeek掀起了人工智能大模型的热潮，多家券商先后宣布接入部署DeepSeek或与DeepSeek达成战略合作，以加强在合规问答、业务办理指引、知识查询等场景的服务。这对券商的技术水平提出了更高的要求。
