中国淀粉附属公司拟投资扩产玉米淀粉及热电项目
2月20日，中国淀粉（03838）发布公告，董事会宣布间接附属公司德能金玉米拟启动玉米淀粉生产项目及热电项目，以大幅扩展长期玉米淀粉产能及优化集团的运营效率。
玉米淀粉生产项目将对位于中国山东省临清市的现有厂房进行改造和扩建，预计于2026年6月投入运营。该项目的总投资额约为6.2亿元，资金将由集团内部资源提供。
目前，德能金玉米在现有设施运营两条玉米淀粉生产线，年产能分别为55万吨和45万吨。待项目完成后，玉米淀粉的总年产能将从100万吨增至155万吨。虽然在项目启动期间，玉米淀粉及其副产品的产量将会下降，但公司将调整生产计划以满足市场需求。
此外，德能金玉米还计划建设热电设施，以确保稳定的能源供应并优化运营效率。热电项目的预计投资额约为4.29亿元，预计于2026年底投入运营。董事会认为，这些项目符合集团及股东的整体利益，有助于提升市场竞争力和运营效率。
