大摩亦指，持续喜好中国互联网数据中心(IDC)板块，房托可以为IDC带来具吸引力的可持续在岸融资渠道，容许数据中心活化现有资产以助去杠杆及在AI时代为筹集未来资本开支铺路。该行将万国数据美股目标价由30美元上调至39美元，以反映潜在资产注入私人房托下的估值倍数，并予“增持”评级。(格隆汇)
