英伟达 最近提交的13F中出现了中国自动驾驶初创企业WeRide的身影，持有WeRide大约170万股股份，也一度带High了后者。

但有些细节值得注意：

1. 这部分投资有180天的锁定期，在锁定期结束前英伟达不能出售这些股份的；

2. 不是新买进的股份，而是此前就持有的股份，根据13F，这部分投资不是英伟达自己做的投资决策，而是由三方机构进行的；

   

   英伟达是WeRide Pre-A轮融资的早期投资者，早在2017年就进行了投资，是通过启明创投Qiming Venture Partners V, L.P（上述三方机构）领投的5200万美元融资的一部分，英伟达通过其GPU Ventures部门出资；Qiming Venture Partners拥有8.5%的股份和5.7%的投票权，而英伟达并没有；

3. 英伟达自己对科技公司投资范围非常广，且持仓时间未必很长。此前持有的 Serve Robotics Inc. （SPAC上市）仅持有两个季度便清仓。
