格隆汇2月20日｜世纪互联(VNET.US)盘前涨4.14%报13.58美元。高盛曾发研报指，相信由于绿色电力接入降低电价，以及世纪互联在交付能力方面的良好记录，其新建的批发园区可以占据中国人工智能需求的份额，预计公司EBITDA 在2024至2026财年将加速增长，预计分别按年上升12%、17%及22%，推动股权价值复合增长。高盛将世纪互联美股目标价定于12.1美元，给予“买入”评级。

花旗分析师Louis Tsang亦维持世纪互联“买入”评级，目标价上调至16.1美元。

此外大摩指，持续喜好中国互联网数据中心(IDC)板块。房托可以为IDC带来具吸引力的可持续在岸融资渠道，容许数据中心活化现有资产以助去杠杆及在AI时代为筹集未来资本开支铺路。该行将世纪互联目标价由7.4美元升至11.7美元，予“增持”评级。(格隆汇)
