诺德股份与中创新航签署2025年铜箔保供协议
2月20日，诺德股份（600110）发布公告，公司的全资孙公司深圳百嘉达新能源材料有限公司近日与中创新航科技集团股份有限公司签订了《2025年保供框架协议》。
根据协议，百嘉达承诺在2025年向中创新航供应铜箔产品4.5万吨，实际供货量需以正式销售订单为准。百嘉达将为此准备好人力、设备和原材料等资源，并在产能紧张时优先保障中创新航的供应。
此次协议的签署被认为是公司日常经营活动的正常行为，对公司2025年的经营业绩将产生积极影响。值得注意的是，双方并不存在关联关系，因此本协议不涉及关联交易，也不构成重大资产重组。协议自双方签字盖章之日起生效，有效期至2026年保供框架协议生效为止。尽管双方具备良好的履约能力，但仍需注意协议执行过程中可能出现的法律、市场及其他不可抗力因素带来的风险。
2024年前三季度，诺德股份实现收入37.09亿元，归母净利润-2.17亿元。
