【香港交易所欢迎香港特区政府委任董事会成员】金十数据2月20日讯，港交所公告表示，港交所今天（星期四）欢迎香港特区政府委任丁晨为董事，及重新委任唐家成及任志刚为董事。他们的任期将由香港交易所2025年股东周年大会结束时开始，至2027年股东周年大会结束时止。梁颕宇将自香港交易所2025年股东周年大会结束时起卸任董事。香港交易所主席唐家成表示：“我们非常欢迎香港特区政府委任丁晨，以及重新委任任志刚为香港交易所董事。丁晨在证券市场的深厚识见、以及在金融服务业特别是资产和财富管理领域的丰富经验，将有助推动香港交易所的未来发展。我亦代表董事会感谢梁颕宇在过去四年对香港交易所作出的重要贡献。”
