在业务运营方面，该公司巩固了宽频市场领导地位，光纤入屋连接总数达 104 万条，向 消费者 提 供 2.5G/5G/10G/50G 的升级计划，及近期推出专为数据中心、云端及人工智能服务供应商而设的 800G AI Superhighway 服务。流动通讯客户升级 5G 步伐加快，5G 客户基础增长 25% 至 174.7 万，漫游收益提升推动流动通讯服务收益增长 5%。企业业务持续扩展，收益增长 8%，新项目订单总额逾 50 亿港元，增幅 11%，在医疗保健等行业成果显著，并拓展至中国内地，收益增长 37% 。
