智通财经APP讯，兖矿能源(600188.SH)发布公告，公司公司的控股子公司兖煤澳大利亚有限公司(“兖煤澳洲公司”，澳大利亚证券交易所上市代码“YAL”、香港联合交易所有限公司上市代码“03668”)于2025年2月20日发布了2024年度业绩报告。
2024年度，兖煤澳洲公司实现营业收入68.6亿澳元，税前利润16.89亿澳元，税后利润12.16亿澳元;截至2024年12月31日，总资产123.56亿澳元，净资产93.17亿澳元(以上财务数据按国际财务报告准则编制并经会计师审计)。同时，兖煤澳洲公司宣派2024年度末期免税股息6.87亿澳元，每股约0.52澳元。
