凤凰网科技 2 月 20 日消息，今日汽车之家在港交所发布重磅公告，其大股东中国平安旗下云辰资本与海尔集团公司子公司 CARTECH HOLDING COMPANY（卡泰驰控股）达成重大股份买卖协议。
根据协议，云辰资本将出售200,884,012股公司普通股，约占汽车之家已发行普通股的41.91%，交易对价约18亿美元（当前约131.1亿元人民币）。交易完成后，卡泰驰控股将成为汽车之家控股股东，而中国平安财产保险股份有限公司仍将作为主要股东之一，通过云辰资本间接持有汽车之家剩余股份。
与此同时，汽车之家管理层也发生变动。吴涛辞任公司执行董事及首席执行官，自 2025 年 2 月 20 日起生效；杨嵩获委任为公司执行董事及首席执行官，同样于今日生效。杨嵩自 2021 年 10 月加入汽车之家，此前曾在福特中国、宝沃汽车集团、东风日产等任职，拥有丰富的汽车行业经验。
目前，该交易仍需获得监管部门批准并满足相关交割条件。此次股权变动无疑将为汽车之家乃至整个汽车资讯与服务领域带来新的变革与发展机遇。
