时代电气回购251万股 总金额8021万港元
2月20日，时代电气（688187/03898）发布公告，公告中提到公司于2025年2月20日进行了股份回购，回购股份数量为251万股，回购价格范围在31.5港元至32.2港元之间，总支付金额为8021万港元。此次回购股份的比例占公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目的7.777%。
公告还指出，公司自2024年6月27日获得的回购授权下，可回购的股份总数为5426万股，实际已回购的股份数量为4220万股。此次回购行为符合《主板上市规则》的相关规定，且在回购后至2025年3月22日将不进行任何新股发行或库存股份的出售与转让。
2024年前三季度，时代电气实现收入162.56亿元，归母净利润25.01亿元。
