兴业控股附属公司签订融资租赁协议 租赁本金3500万元
2月20日，兴业控股（00132）发布公告，宣布其附属公司绿金租赁于2025年2月20日与承租人签订了一项融资租赁协议，交易金额为3500万元（约合3738万港元）。该融资租赁的租期为三年，承租人将以现状获得相关资产的所有权，并在租赁期间返租该资产供其使用。
此次交易的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成了公司须予披露的交易。融资租赁的总付款额预计为3945万元（约合4213万港元），其中包括租赁本金3500万元及租赁利息和其他费用约445万元。租赁本金及利息将于租期内按季度支付，利率参考当前市场报价率为3.1%。此次融资租赁预计将为公司提供稳定的收益和现金流。
