智通财经APP讯，绿色经济(01315)发布公告，周哲已辞去公司行政总裁、董事会主席及执行董事职务，自2025年2月20日起生效。于辞任后，周哲不再担任公司提名委员会主席以及薪酬委员会及风险管理委员会成员。周哲亦不再担任香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条所提述的公司授权代表。
2025年2月20日起：1.周鼎宸已获委任为公司执行董事以及公司提名委员会、薪酬委员会及风险管理委员会各自之成员;2.公司执行董事朱峰已调任为提名委员会主席;3.公司执行董事汤洪洋已获委任为公司行政总裁及授权代表。
