核心业务组合：商铺业务营业额按年增长9.5%，受惠于奢华品牌旗舰店扩充及续租租金水平上升。年末商铺出租率为 92%(因租户组合调整而导致部分商铺暂时空置)。写字楼业务营业额按年下跌1.5%，而续租租金回落幅度有所收窄，出租率维持于90% 。
