Sherwin-Williams increased its dividend 10.5%, to 79 cents.
The new payout, equal to $3.19 a year, represents an annual yield of about 0.9% based on Tuesday's closing price of $352.99.
The Cleveland-based paint purveyor said Wednesday that the higher dividend will be paid March 14 to shareholders of record as of March 3.
