中国人寿拟出资35亿元，参与设立基础设施不动产投资基金
【大河财立方消息】2月17日，中国人寿保险股份有限公司（证券简称中国人寿）公告，拟认缴出资35亿元，参与成立北京平准基础设施不动产投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）（最终名称以工商登记信息为准）。
该基金认缴出资总额52.37亿元，中国人寿保险股份有限公司、北京首景投资有限公司及财信吉祥人寿保险股份有限公司为有限合伙人，国寿置业投资管理有限公司、北京朗佳私募基金管理有限公司为普通合伙人，创弛企业管理合伙企业（有限合伙）为特殊有限合伙人。
中国人寿称，该合伙企业的投资聚焦于基础设施公募REITs，有助于存量资产和新增投资的良性循环，促进基础设施行业健康发展。同时，基础设施公募REITs具备股+债属性，有助于提升保险资金组合收益。
