智通财经APP获悉，2月20日，中国国家药监局药品审评中心(CDE)最新公示，默沙东(MRK.US)申报的1类新药注射用MK-6070获得临床试验默示许可，拟开发治疗小细胞肺癌。公开资料显示，MK-6070(曾用名：HPN328)是一种靶向DLL3的三特异性T细胞接合器。根据公开渠道查询，本次是该产品首次在中国获批IND。

公开资料显示，MK-6070是靶向DLL3的T细胞接合器，其包含3个结合域，用于引导T细胞杀死表达DLL3的癌细胞，包括抗DLL3用于靶向结合，抗CD3用于T细胞结合，抗白蛋白用于延长半衰期。DLL3是一种Notch抑制性配体，在小细胞肺癌(SCLC)和其他神经内分泌肿瘤中高度表达，在正常组织中则极少表达，因此是一个有前景的治疗靶点。
