BetterLife Holding's (HKG:6909) subsidiary Beijing BetterLife Group agreed to lease a second 4S dealership store from Harbin Longbao for eight and half years, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The property includes a BMW showroom and workshop with a building area of 9,915 square meters and ancillary facilities.
The annual rent is set at 3.15 million yuan, the filing said.
The company plans to use the premises for BMW or other branded 4S dealership stores and automotive-related businesses.
