智通财经APP讯，中信建投证券(06066)发布公告，执行董事王常青因到龄退休原因，向公司董事会提交辞职报告，辞去公司董事长、执行董事、董事会发展战略委员会主任委员、董事会薪酬与提名委员会委员、公司根据《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》第3.05条规定的授权代表及公司其他职务。
公司第三届董事会第十二次会议通过了《关于提名公司执行董事及选举董事长、董事会专门委员会委员的议案》。依公司董事会会议通过的决议，董事会宣布刘成获提名为公司的执行董事候选人。
董事会于该会议上亦决议，在选举刘成为公司执行董事的议案获得股东大会通过的前提下，选举刘成为公司第三届董事会董事长，同时增补为董事会辖下发展战略委员会主任委员及薪酬与提名委员会委员，自其正式出任公司执行董事之日起生效，至公司第三届董事会任期结束之日止。
王常青已提出辞去公司授权代表职务，有关辞任将于选举刘成为公司执行董事的议案获得股东大会通过之日起生效。待有关辞任生效后，刘成将担任公司的授权代表。
