据知情人士透露，在经历了业绩表现强劲的一年后，法国农业信贷银行势将把投资银行家的奖金提高5%至10%。

　　知情人士称，上述增幅是均值，不同团队的增幅会有不同。因信息未公开而要求匿名的知情人士称，该行已就该企业与投资银行（CIB）部门的整体奖金池规模达成了广泛一致，但单独的奖金只会在下周通知。

　　这一规模的增幅在欧洲投资银行当中处于中间位置。其国内竞争对手法国巴黎银行，以及西班牙的桑坦德银行都预计会将可变薪酬提高大约5%，而据先前报道，德意志银行计划提高约10%。
