Sika Interplant Systems (BOM:523606) has received board approval to carry out a stock plit, according to a Wednesday filing to the BSE.
The split will convert each existing equity share with a face value of 10 rupees into five equity shares with a face value of 2 rupees each.
The company has set March 17 as the record date for the stock split.
Shares of the company were up nearly 3% in recent trade.
