Kingkey Financial International Enters Collaboration MoU for Green Energy Projects in Malaysia

Kingkey Financial International (HKG:1468) has entered into a non-legally binding MoU to possible collaborate with Ideal Capital Berhad unit MUJUR SINARJAYA and WRISE Group, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Under the cooperation MoU, the parties will explore business opportunities through the financing and implementation of green energy projects and AI infrastructure with the Penang Technology Park in Malaysia.

The collaboration scope will potentially include the development of natural power plants, solar farms, and waste-to-energy facilities.

The Ideal Group specializes in buying and selling industrial land in Malaysia, including the Penang Technology Park, while WRISE Group is a wealth management firm.
