金吾财讯 | 芯片股逆市走强，截至发稿，华虹半导体(01347)涨17.82%，晶门半导体(02878)涨12.07%，上海复旦(01385)涨8.72%，中芯国际(00981)涨7.32%，中电华大科技(00085)涨6.52%。消息面上，2月18日，世界集成电路协会(WICA)发布《2024年全球半导体市场回顾与2025年展望报告》。2024年全球半导体市场规模为6351亿美元，同比增长19.8%。预计2025年全球半导体市场规模将提升到7189亿美元，同比增长13.2%。
此外，日前，亦庄新城YZ00-0606街区0001-2地块工业用地项目竞拍结果公布，竞得人为北京经开区下属的北京永闳毅科技有限公司。据悉，亦庄新城YZ00-0606街区0001地块测量成果报告书的建设单位显示为中芯京城集成电路制造（北京）有限公司。据一名接近中芯国际人士确认，该地块为中芯京城二期规划用地。另据项目挂牌文件显示，拟建项目总投资不低于500亿元，项目固定资产投资不低于400亿元，达产年产值不低于60亿元。中芯京城二期的建设生产需要大量的半导体设备，包括光刻机、刻蚀机、薄膜沉积设备等各种关键设备，这将直接带动半导体设备的采购需求，利好相关企业。
国信证券认为，通过与DeepSeek等国产大模型的适配，国内全功能GPU对复杂AI任务的支持能力将得到验证和优化，有助于国内AI全产业链发展，继续推荐相关半导体公司中芯国际等。
