近日，零售商沃尔玛（Walmart）表示，其在美国49个州的门店可以提供30分钟内将处方药连同其他商品直接送到家的服务。

沃尔玛当日药房送货服务与其基于人工智能的Spark配送平台相连。Spark目前正在使用新的地理空间技术，来更精确地定义配送区域。

据报道，沃尔玛的付费订阅会员可享受药房免费送货服务，其他顾客则根据送货需求收费。

沃尔玛最初于去年10月开始推出将处方药和普通商品合并为一个订单进行配送的服务。彼时，其只在6个州提供药房处方药当日送货服务。此举正值零售商和医疗保健公司沃尔格林（Walgreens）与CVS为优化业务、缩减店面之际。此外，亚马逊计划于2025年在全美20个新的目标城市开设药店，将使获得其当日送药服务的城市数量增加1倍以上。
