大华继显发表研究报告指，内地及香港的物业销售在本月第三周按周复苏，香港中原城市领先指数CCL维持稳定，但料高库存水平将继续对楼价形成压力，对新世界(00017.HK) 保持谨慎，维持“持有”评级，目标价4.68元，并列润地(01109.HK) 及新地(00016.HK) 为首选。
该行指，香港楼价在减息周期的初期持平，CCL指数截至上周五(14日)录得138.47点，按周升0.1%。该行同料发展商在新盘定价方面会保持审慎，主要因为香港楼市库存水平。据房屋局数据，截至2024年底，私人住宅单位的潜在供应量维持在9.5万个的高位，高于10年平均的74,450个。(vc/u)
