MAAS Group Holdings (ASX:MGH) reported Thursday fiscal half-year diluted earnings of AU$0.093 per share, down from AU$0.102 per share a year earlier.

Revenue from ordinary activities for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$473.9 million, compared with AU$472.7 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha expected AU$476.3 million.
The company expects fiscal year underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of AU$215 million to AU$245 million.
The board declared a dividend of AU$0.035 per share, up from the AU$0.03 in the previous reported period, payable on April 11 to shareholders of record as of March 28.
