【金茂、庆隆联合体89.63亿竞得上海虹口地块 溢价率38.2%楼板价11.75万/平】金十数据2月20日讯，经过184轮激烈竞价，上海土拍第二宗地块-位于虹口区曲阳板块（近中环边）的C080302单元hk329-11地块被金茂、新加坡庆隆联合体以总价89.63亿元拿下，楼板价11.75万元/平方米，溢价率38.2%。据测算，项目可售楼板价在12.5万元/平方米左右。金茂近期投资意愿强烈，2024年12月，该公司在上海以联合体方式拿下3宗地，总地价超百亿，主要分布在外环外，此次大手笔投资市中心项目，试图实现利润最大化。
