消息面上，据财联社报道，中国兵器装备集团有限公司官网显示，原东风公司董事、总经理、党委副书记周治平正式履新兵装集团公司董事、总经理、党组副书记。国泰君安指出，东风、长安是国内头部央企车企，2024年集团销量分别位列国内第5和第7。东风和长安的控股股东重组，拉开央企改革序幕，有望激发两家车企转型动力，实现自主和新能源的高质量增长。
申万宏源指出，2025年国央企改革将迎来重要投资拐点，国央企将通过对外合作、对内降本增效、品牌整合等方式提升管理效率，建议投资者关注东风集团、上汽集团、长安汽车等国央企汽车集团的变化。尽管目前难以完全看清最终走向，但这一阶段的投资向上空间较大，尤其是以PB估值来看，东风集团股份和上汽集团的PB均小于一倍，尤其港股的东风集团股份值得关注。
