智通财经APP获悉，华晨中国(01114)一度涨超8%，截至发稿，涨6.91%，报4.18港元，成交额3.34亿港元。
消息面上，华晨中国发布公告称，将于3月3日举行董事会会议，藉以（其中包括）考虑及批准向于相关记录日期名列本公司股东名册之公司股东宣派及派付股息。值得一提的是，华晨中国此前公布经修订股息政策，据此，在决定是否建议派发股息及在厘定股息额时，视乎华晨宝马汽车于相关财政年度已派付之现金股息，将考虑因素还包括：集团整体经营业绩及财务表现；及预期营运资金需求、资本开支需求及未来发展计划等。倘决定建议派发股息，目标为分派相关财政年度之除税后溢利不少于50%。
