King Fook (HKG:0280) subsidiary King Fook Jewellery Group agreed to renew its tenancy of certain shops in Hong Kong with the landlord, Central Building, for another two years, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The property comprises certain shops on the ground floor of the Central Building and is being used as the retail outlet for the group's watches, gold, and jewelry products.
The term of the renewed tenancy starts on May 1, 2025, and expires on April 30, 2027, with a total rent of HK$29.7 million.
The company had, on July 2, 2024, agreed to rent two other shops at the same location for its high-end jewelry, watches, and accessories retail outlet for a two-year term from the landlord at a total rent of HK$6.7 million.
