优必选计划配售1016万股新H股 每股90港元
2月20日，优必选（09880）发布公告，宣布与配售代理签订配售协议，计划配售1016万股新H股。配售股份占公告日期已发行股本的约2.35%，以及在配售完成后扩大的已发行股本的约2.3%。配售价格为每股90港元，较2025年2月19日的收市价98.4港元折让约8.54%。董事会认为此次配售将有助于公司产品的优化及未来的市场扩展。
公告中提到，配售股份预计将配售给不少于六名独立承配人，且承配人与公司及其关联人士无任何关系。配售事项完成需满足若干先决条件，包括联交所上市委员会的批准及中国证监会的备案。董事会预计此次配售将增强公司的财务状况，并为未来发展提供资金支持。配售所得款项将用于公司的业务运营和发展、偿还相关金融机构的到期金额等。
