Fortescue is considering pausing almost $1 billion of approved hydrogen projects in Australia and the United States as it assesses the second Donald Trump administration’s attitude to clean energy.
The miner controlled by Andrew Forrest cut its full-year capital expenditure forecast by one-fifth to $US400 million ($630 million) at its energy division, reflecting reduced spending on green fuels projects and their slower than expected adoption.
