AEON CREDIT续订礼券主协议 有效期三年
2月20日，AEON CREDIT（00900）发布公告，宣布与永旺百货于2025年2月19日签订了续订协议，延续其礼券主协议，协议有效期为三年。该续订协议的生效日期为2025年3月1日，需满足特定先决条件。
根据协议，未来三年的年度上限为：2025年3月1日至2026年2月28日的上限为2300万港元；2026年3月1日至2027年2月28日的上限为2850万港元；2027年3月1日至2028年2月29日的上限为3110万港元。
此次续订协议的签署是基于本公司对永旺百货礼券需求的持续增长，旨在维持与永旺百货的紧密合作关系，并通过提供充足的礼券来刺激顾客消费，推动本公司的业务发展。各董事认为该协议符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
