智通财经APP获悉，晶泰控股-P(02228)再涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.74%，报8.23港元，成交额15.74亿港元。
消息面上，2月19日，晶泰控股宣布与广东恒健投资控股有限公司计划共同择址启动大湾区“人工智能+”科技与产业融合创新联合体项目。根据项目规划的方向，项目相关参与方计划在未来10年内，共同引导带动投入数十亿的投资规模，建设创新联合体的物理载体和公共实验室，逐步打造大湾区人工智能算法算力和规模化机器人集群的人工智能研发基础设施。项目计划将采购晶泰科技的大规模机器人工作站集群及相关设备，由晶泰科技负责公共实验室的建设和运营。
值得一提的是，公司近日公告称，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度通过提供药物发现解决方案及智能自动化解决方案所产生的收入将达到已商业化公司(定义见上市规则第18C章)的收入门槛，即2.5亿港元。该等收入乃由于集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度的业务发展及市场机遇所致。
